the packaging complies with the new ecological legislation;
the black packaging containers are suitable for the microwave and oven up to max 220° c, the lids are not suitable for the oven.
the soup packaging is not suitable for heating the soup in the microwave

frozen: 7 minutes at 165°

small langoustine croquettes: 4 minutes at 170°
frozen all 5 minutes 170°, except small cheese croquettes 4 minutes
oven / microwave dishes:
Zeebrugge fish stew: preferably 15 minutes in the oven at 180 ° / transfer to an ovenproof dish / without a lid (can also be left in the container without the lid) or heat in the microwave for 5 minutes with the lid on.
Fish soup / soup bouillabaisse: heat in a saucepan, the packaging is not suitable for heating in the microwave.
North Sea fish bouillabaisse:
your dish is composed of: pot of soup 0.5 l per person - bowl of fish - pot of rouille - pot of grated cheese - pot of shrimps.
Cover the dish of fish and heat it in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 12 minutes. The fish package contains 4 or 5 types of fish, including scallops, cod, sole rolls, hake, pollack, or whiting, depending on the fresh market supply.
Heat up the soup. Serving tip: scoop one ladle of soup into a deep plate and arrange the fish in it, sprinkle the shrimp over it.
Serve the remaining soup on the table for serving. Serve with cheese and rouille separately, if desired.
